after getting screwed on rep early on - i am more liberal giving it out and still rarely get repped! guess i think i'm more helpful that i really am - either that or making enemies unknowingly :mrgreen:

rep has to be spread out before it is given out to the same member.

i normally cycle through the rep every week. that way even if i could rep email twice, the rep would be spread out.

if i see you giving constant help and advice, i add you to my rep cycle. we all benefit!
