Well son, volunteer and let me hear back from you. Myself, I wouldn't like it, I know without trying. Not being able to breathe for long periods may make you think you are dying. I don't believe that to be funny. As I've said, everyone that thinks WB is not torture needs to be waterboarded and appraised after. Go for it.

Huh? We made a joke and you're getting on your high horse? It was a funny fucking joke. I think you may need a funny bone transplant. I hardly need to experience torture to know I won't like it. You've never made a joke over something tragic? It is a great way to deal with pain and stress.

I guess I missed the joke part. Seems to be a serious subject to me. We, the USA are being judged by the world on this issue and it aint purty. I've always been a joker, but some things are beyond joking, IMHO, torture may be one. Sorry for the stress, maybe I can come up with a Joke. There were these two guys and they walked into a bar........................................

I think you did miss the joke. No one was making fun of the fact that we are waterboarding nor did anyone make fun of the victims of it. And as much as I would like the world to like us, I am more concerned about how I judge the USA and I agree, a lot of it "ain't purty". Though I would choose to live nowhere else.

I've been looking for a place, but I can't afford the choices I picked and my SS check is in dollars which aint worth squat most civilized places, so I'm stuck here as well. My choice though is to get to a more rural spot and get out of the city. A thousand bucks in europe is worth 600 something euros, not much of a living. Gas is 8.00 a gallon etc. BTW, I used to be proud to be an American, gung ho and all that. Then I awoke.

I waffle. When I think of all the things we could be, I get very impatient, irate and want to start shooting and throwing bombs. But when I think how good I and many, many others have it - a stocked fridge, a roof over my head, a good job, etc.. I think - what am i complaining about. And then i think about all those folks who don't have those things that with a few minor changes could have all those things and more and i start getting irate again...

Well son....If you were being interrogated by someone like me, who doesn't go for all that politically correct bullshit....water boarding would be the least of your problems....The door would open and you would be thankfull it's only the water boarding guys and not that Bravo guy with his endless bag of horrors....You would talk!!!!!
