if you talk to Canada Post, it's illegal to ship cannabis....yet the LP's primary way to ship is Canada Post.
i know a few people who got their mail seized. i had one myself and when i asked if they are seizing everything from the LP's, they didn't have an answer
just so wrong
oh but they give your meds back AFTER THEY FIND OUT YOU"RE OK... weekslater.
In the mean time..you suffer with what every illness you have to deal with.
They should be charged with criminal negligence, knowingly harming another person!!
It would stick in court ..let me tell you!!!

Actually most use other couriers. I work for purolator and see the packages come down the line.

Purolator used to be owned by Canada post... not sure if that has changed..
Using couriers is too expensive - there is some regulation that makes Canada post the cheapest to ship small parcels by.

Also, i believe the couriers can open up any package they deem necessary and customers agree to this when they sign the waybill, whereas Can Post cant, not without a warrant....

no they don't. i have a shipment taken and when we argued it, it was destroyed because there wasn't any paperwork. it was from the DG too and sent to the patient's address..same one on the pink. they said you can't use Canada Post to ship cannabis....yet the question went unanswered if they are seizing from LP's as that all they ship

Yep, the reason people prefer Canada Post is because it's not legal for the cops to just open it up without a warrant.

The police chief association was making some noise about this last year and wanted Harpsie to change the laws around it, thankfully with all the drama going on at canada post these days that's unlikely to happen.
