How do i quiet my loud ballast?

Undo the casing with a phillips screw driver and get carbon washers and undo the connections on the capacitor brace and the 4 mount screws on the transformer. add the carbon washers and recinch the conections.
then put your case back on. setting the ballast feet on a hard rubber non flammable surface helps too.
