lowryder 2 not budding after 2 months

Has anyone seen or heard of this? The plant is showing its sex which is female but its been growing since june 10 of 09' and no nugs whats up with this?
Its due to genitics, some of the plants retain there auto flowering traits while others go on veging till the change of season or put on 12/12. Sooner or later it will flower.
