LST ROOTING UPTAKE/ADDITIONAL ROOTING SIGHTS??

hello everyone!

I have been on this forum for a while now and i would like to say thank you to the community. This has been the most beneficial website for information that i have come crossed so far.

With introductions done, I had a thought today. while i was LSTing i thought back to when me and my father once grew pumpkins. we wanted to grow a Goliath pumpkin so we started to research about how we could cut off small pumpkins and bury the stem into the soil and it will produce roots through that stock.

i was wandering if i could impalement this into my grow for mary J.

could i lst to an in-line but instead of cutting off a branch i seem unfit for growing could i trim back with clean knife, dip in rooting solution and bury it for more nutrient uptake.

sorry if this post is vague or my grimmer is inadequate. just trying to get thoughts onto "paper" befor i forget it.

called cloning, we all do this to continue enjoying our favorites forever. try clonex, a rooting cube for quick fuss free fun

I understand cloning, but im talking about only taking a branch that is still attached to the mother plant. cleaning/clipping off excess leaves and putting that still attached branch into the soil with rooting solution on it.

When I grew outdoors, to keep plants from growing too tall, a couple weeks before flowering started, I'd strip the top 10-12" of the plant, add rooting powder, bend it over, stake it down and bury the top. It would root and all the side branches would turn up becoming tops. Turns what would be a 6ft+ tree into a 3ft bush of bud.
