LST? SOG? What's this Lingo? I need to keep my plants < 2ft

I have been feeling ambitious and want to take on a Stealth Cab Grow.

I will Build a Box 4' L X 2' D X 26" H

I will suspend a 4' T5 48 W 5500K on Yoyo 18 / 6

Reflective Material Will Cover all of interior area.

Carbon Filter, Intake and Exhaust Fan.

Seeds on their Way - Freedom of Seeds A Little Kushy and Jack (AutoBlooms)

Going to Grow in Organic Soil.

With Pot Height my space will be tight.

How do I keep my Plants Low and Cola Producing?

How many plants can I place in my box?

I have build a box roughly this same size, I was hoping to get some clones tomorrow and start my grow in this next week. I was thinking i could fit 4-5 plants doing LST as explained by this thread https://www.rollitup.org/advanced-marijuana-cultivation/369528-low-stress-training-lst-guide.html. Or i was thinking about turning one of my clones into a mother plant and doing a perpetual grow so can have a harvest every 2 weeks as explain by the godfather of micro sog growing in this thread. I feel either of these grow styles would be beneficial for our size grow box.

can you explain that gpdfather of micro soog to me because i have a very limited space too

oh i didn't notice the link i added from icmag got removed. google compact sog with cfl and you should find it that way.

basically what he does is started his clones into flowering at 2-3 inches tall with the idea they will grow in just one big cola. He grows his plants in 20 oz pop bottles and cuts them down to 16 oz bottles so they don't take up much space. By starting new clones into flowering every 1 to 2 weeks you are always having a constant harvest of bud. As long as you have a good mother plant to constantly take clones from this is by far the most efficient way to grow with a small amount of space. I have not yet tried this method yet, but planning on it soon. Dr. budgreengenes has this style of growing perfected but I feel it shouldn't be too difficult to pull it off.
