Anyone running any Madd Farmer gear?

Have 4 different Lavender x Clementine plants in flower now about a week in. Got these on IG before they were $100 at seedsherenow & before they were called Chedder Sparkles (One of the lamest strain names I’ve seen IMO ) Also got freebie packs of Lavender x Space Queen that sounds awesome!

All of them look like the Lavender mother from what I’ve seen of her. One is really short n squat & has fan leaves bigger than my hands, I dont see that often then again Ive been growing a lot of sativas lol. Really excited for these & cant wait to see how they progress. I’ll take pics when they really start to take off.

If you need her to stretch you can try and bring night time temps down a bit more, as long as you can bring humidity down a bit too.

Yes!!!! Finally!!! Please come back and tell us how that lavender turns out. I tried a small sample of lavender hybrid from madd farmer, not sure which strain. It was totally purple, potent and sublime.

Thanks! Found out about Madd Farmer when I was looking for some more Lavender crosses but didnt want to order overseas. Apparently the Soma version is a knockoff but even that’s still dank imo.

Im running my lights at night so my night temps arnt as cold as they could be I guess. I have them topped & been stem pinching to make an even canopy to help with light penetration. Really need to get a mini dehumidifier to keep the humidity in check sure these will be some chunky buds!

That’s great to hear! I dont doubt its potency & flavor one bit! The last Lavender cross I had was Prozack from Medical Seeds, it was like smoking candy & had a very relaxing effect but no couchlock. I definitely will keep this thread updated & hit Madd Farmer on IG maybe have him drop a line here.

One of the Lav x Clementine pheno’s that smells the most like the Lavender I know of. It has a candy sourness to it behind the lavender smell. The others dont smell that strong yet or just have an earthy smell.

I grew Lav x Kush before and that had a perfume kush smell with a sweet candy lavender. The pheno I had stretched like a wild vine it was dank one of those one’s im mad I lost lol

Im not to overly impressed with the other 3 plants. They have too many big leaves blocking bud sites, usually im supercropping top colas not fan leaves lol. I will have to be on the watch for mold as well. If I end up with a keeper I would cross it with my Double Jam male to give it some better spacing in the structure.

I have tons of this guys gear in my stash, huge fan of this his work. He and his wife are great folks. Been a while, but I grew one of his Urkle crosses way back. Look him up on Instagram and check out others that have grown his genetics, you won't be disappointed. Also looks like he may have another drop coming up soon, so be on the look out. If you send him a message on IG he will send you his email where you can get seeds for MUCH cheaper than the online retailers let them go for.

Happy growing everyone.

Lavender x Clementine. All the pheno’s look dank but this is the one so it seems! Did have some herm issues on 2 out of 3 but it was the plant from seed & I had some bad light leaks. I always have light leaks & do fine but I was getting my new room set up and had some extra light reaching them.

Will run from clones should have no issues next run!

I was reading through this and the posts from december 24th, you can see on the lower buds, the cotyledons are curling orange(much too early) which is a definite sign of pollination, still looking forward to the smoke report, I enjoyed the old lavender from around 2005 that Soma released, I ran her a few times... Love that smell and taste! Wish you luck on the next harvest, light leaks are a PITA.

Nothing is pollinated though, I checked all my plants in the tent. Pollinated hairs usually look brown & old like their dying off not bright orange from my experience.

I’ve made seeds before so I know when plants are seeded or not. Will there be one or two seeds maybe but not enough to effect this grow. Lol they will get hit with pollen in next run or two for sure!

This is why I don’t like flowering out plants from seed. I think they just stress a lot easier than clones.

Also all plants are 56 days and most look done already but the trics are still clear. I think my new Quantum boards are just kicking ass right now!

Ahh, I assumed there was a stealth nanner somewhere, 30 days seems a bit early for coty's xollor change, whenever I see lowers changing color prior to the tops, I assume there's a pollination occurring and scour the plant to prevent further exposure. I usually open the calyx of the plant to see if there's a seed inside, most of the time my suspicions are verified by immature seeds that don't mature by harvest. 4 weeks is usually the time a plant pulls this kinda crap, a last ditch effort to procreate.

Do you know which plants in particular hermed on you? I generally give most plants 2 runs for the sake of fairness (unless they expose full on ballsacks).

That wasn’t a lower bud It was the top of a main cola lol. It’s not a big plant I go small 1st round to cram um in & see the stretch.

Yes I know which two did & will be running all 3 again. Already have a clone going on on 2 month veg. Though if I find one smokes better than rest I will cull as I need room.

I have 6 Purple rarity, 4 Wicked Deep Strawberry, and 4 Evil Queens at 2 weeks old. Will chime in later once things get a little more interesting. The Wicked Deep Strawberry showed slight hints of purple on its first leaves which was cool, its a little too subtle to see in a photo though. I was given a bunch of freebies, they are awesome people, and he suggested I start with the wicked deep strawberry.

I've only grown a cross with their gear. A tester pack of some Wicked Glue [Locktite X (Tripoli Wicked X Clementine)]
I got 1 female that smelled of cat-piss!

I've got 3 packs of Wicked Clementine in the mail. I plan to pop 1 pack, immediately.
I'll try and keep you updated on their progression.
