Major Plant problems progressing please help 2-3 weeks into flowering

So im about 2-3 weeks into flowering and my strains are blueberry and strawberry cough. These deficiency's are getting worse! I fed them about a week ago and then flushed them with water 3 days ago and i still have this. These leaves are mostly at the bottom and are slowly working there way up to the middle and probably soon to the top.

Im thinking that ill use half strength nutes with a good amount of liquid seaweed today... i dont know what else to do, any questions you need to know just ask ill be on this site for the next 5 hours just trying to solve this problem. ohh and the top of this bud (the hairs) and a few others (not many about 4 out of 100) are turning a dead brown color and curling (not normal at all, sry about the bad pic)

ya you pointed me to the faq's... i know about that already, theres nine different things it could be, if i wanted a reference to where i could look i woulda just asked, but want i need is someone with the same or something close experience. Anyways what does enzymic reactions have to do with what i need... i know its an important role but what can you tell me about it thats very important? or what and how it reacts to all the other elements?

Anyone? with experience in here?
