male coverted to female??

Hi
I have a young male plant growing in with my females..
A friend said if i pick off the balls it will force it and aventually
change to femail... Really need some helpfull advise on this...
firstly is it true and if so what are the chances of it working..

My advice is to walk calmy up to your friend and slap him directly in the soft part of his temple lol. No what might happen is the male drops a ball you miss and all your females become seed baring wastes of space. Unless your wanting to breed seed plants get him out carefully . 1 pollen sac can pollenate plants for miles.Bag it carefully then pul it out
