i know the pictures arent good but any help would be appreciated

I'm unable to see any flowers. Either the pics are too blurry to see preflowers... or its just not flowering yet.

Can't tell. You should gently bend the plant and get a pic of where the stems of the fan leaves connect to the main stalk.
