Mammoth P

I run Mammoth religiously and I get half lb plants with no trellising or ties. I also use a lot of Kracken so my stalks are like concrete. I'll get 2lb/light on 630 CMHs this round.
Damn that's impressive with only a 4-5 week veg. Over 1.4 gpw is one dialed in system

If the shelf life is only 6 months after the bottle is opened, then it would definitely be a waste for someone like me who only runs once a year...unless I used the whole bottle in one run.

But does this stuff mess with any of the terpene production or anything like that? My understanding is that it makes phosphorus more available to a plant...but, other than increasing yield a few % points, does it mess with the flavor or other chemical compounds in the plants? I know Growmau5 has mentioned in those CrazyDago streams, that his own stuff doesn't come out tasting as good as Pedro's stuff...gotta wonder about that. I know Growmau5's lights are better than Pedro's...so it couldn't be that! I know that Pedro is an organics guy....gotta wonder where that better flavor is coming from! :)

My first time running it has been my most popular crop yet for flavor and high among patients and friends. I'll continue to be running it in the future. It does lead to foxtailing if you don't cut it soon enough because it permits so much new and more rapid growth. This round I'm stopping at week 6 to see if I can decrease or eliminate it.

Maybe you could split a bottle with someone else?

Buy the smaller bottle?

Mammoth P is organic. Most of growmau5's stuff isn't. His LEDs also use a different spectrum. And Pedro is a really good grower.

Organic is almost always better than salt grown weed. I have extensive experience growing both , I would never ever go back to using bottled nutrients. Growmau5 might be good at setting up lights, but he's not a great grower. LED's won't make better pot by themselves , you gotta know how to grow first and pouring premixed salts on your plants is not skilled growing.

Uhmm, I could be wrong here, but how do you grow in hydro AND grow organically?

I get the no-till argument, but I also get that bottled nutes work also. There are a lot of good hydro gardeners. They can't all be clueless.

I'm just a simple dirt farmer, so I don't know the ways of hydro, but what I've heard is you really can't grow organically in water. True or false?

I think it will depend on your definition of organic. If you're using a material like hydroton, rockwool or coco and then feeding it an organic nutrient schedule without using fungicides, pesticides or anything synthetic, I would consider that organic
