Plus opportunity and encouragement for all to rise to their full potential, no matter where they start.

It's the only way, otherwise the rest of the developed and developing world will simply leave us in their dust.

We have the the opportunity, encouragement must be too expensive.

U.S. college graduation rates rank 19th out of 28 countries studied by the OECD, which tracks education investment and performance of wealthier democracies, said OECD Director for Education and Skills.

I cast the pearls, only the swine complain.
I am still looking for these pearls...

All I see is the spamming of inane links that you do not apparently understand. If you do understand them it has never been apparent since you just spam them.

However you are wrong so often (always from what I have seen when you do argue with your own words) in regards to economics that I am led to believe that you are just continuing to bump this thread for attention.

Please prove us wrong instead of calling me swine...

Utterly lacking in any value.

Have some more noodles.

A Federal jobs guarantee program might be tough to implement and pay for, but running the economy with a goal of full employment makes a lot more sense for a lot more people than running it to minimize inflation.
See, here you go again, flapping. Implementing and paying for it is the easy part. It is the effect that such a program would have on the economy in the form of inflation and the deficit. Before you try to debate how to fix it, you need to understand the US dollar economy. Your comments belie your lack of understanding. This highlights the problem with bernienomics.

The old Bretton Woods argument.

Suddenly you're a bankster parrot.

So much for your leftist cred.

Nothing to do with that. Also, you belie your lack of understanding of even that.

If the federal gov't is handing out jobs like candy while natural resources and infrastructure is still privately owned, it is the worst elements of capitalism and socialism. I'm not arguing Bretton Woods at all, I'm saying that the feds can't just hand out jobs in a privatized economy. The gov't can stimulate job growth with public works projects like road building, which has lasting reverberation in the job market but an intrinsic part of capitalism is scarcity. It is simply not possible for EVERYONE to be employed in capitalism. The Bretton Woods system is something completely different.

Suddenly you're a bankster parrot.
You would be hard pressed to find anyone more opposed to capitalism than I am, even though you wouldn't know how to look, since you don't even know what the hell it is. Like seriously, just quit, you show how little you know in every post and you're trying to show off how much you think you know. You're embarrassing yourself.

So much for your leftist cred.
You're the one opposed to revolution. You're the one who thinks Donald Trump getting elected was good for leftists. Please reply so I can show you how wrong you are some more.

Oh, Hi

I'm so glad to have met up with you.

I was wondering if you would answer a question I've asked you before but I guess you were too busy studying Economics on Naked Capitalism to reply. The question is pertinent to economics, I assure you.

Can you please explain how not talking about racism will solve part of the problem of racism? Also, what does "part of the problem mean?"

Very earnestly hoping you will cast some pearls my way.

The systemic racism you and your Sanders bots support has kept black people and other groups in a second class status in this country. What you are saying is their full potential is so much greater than yours and other white people that you need an advantage.

Total strawman. I don't support racism, economically or otherwise and you've stooped to a new low in suggesting such a blatant lie.

Clearly your arguments have no merit in their own so now you have to make up smears.

You disgust me.

Seriously though, you say suppressing talk about racism will somehow make the effects of systemic racism less so. This is almost the definition of supporting systemic racism. Or maybe you can explain how I'm wrong. Before you call this a strawman argument, you should check your own post where you most clearly said it. Anybody can check what you said by clicking on your statement in my signature.

How will not talking about racism solve part of the problem. What does "part of the problem" even mean?

You refuse to oppose it and object to others opposing it while insisting that somehow it will just magically dissappear if we all pretend it doesn't exist while supporting economic models that are not viable.

Racists love you for that.
Cool story. Make up strawman arguments because you can't debate with credibility.

All that real estate I own in your head... going to waste.
