Medical expenses and marihuanna

So outside the obvious tax credit for mj and seeds purchased from legal sources, has anyone successfully claimed for anything else grow related? They do point out lights aren't qualified, but I'm sure among the many long time growers here, someone must have found a loop hole with something.

Anyone?

If you run an hvac company you could easily write off some gear as business expenses as long as you are not buying it from a hydro shop, it is illegal though.

Yea. I'm thinking along the lines of approved vaporizers or extractors, as medical equipment.

Would be nice to see some productive lobbying on that front, you know, instead of just bitching about how terrible it is that we will have legal recreational and everyone is a shill and a narc.

We can claim a couple of vaporizers, I am fairly certain they are all by storz and bickel (mighty, crafty, volcano, etc.). There is a process the company has to go through to get it approved as a medical device by HC so that we can claim it. I do not see extractors ever becoming approved medical devices, HC does not recognize our medicine as medicine, they do not think we should be able to take it in any form other than flower (oil is only sold by lp's because of a court case, much like our right to use this medicine and our right to grow) so I doubt other types of devices will ever be expenses you can write off. I could be wrong but I will honestly be very surprised if I am.

I think a co2 extractor shouldn't be too much of a stretch, being the industry standard and all. Given its almost the only legal means to produce extracts now.

There are small scale ones for sale now, not what I'd consider cheap, by any means, so if the lp's use them on a large scale I'd be curious if those need to be certified or approved in some manner.

Be an interesting question for the lawyers to play with I'm sure.

Really old technology that will likely never drop in price either sadly, the only stuff more over priced than products labelled hydroponics is stuff sold as lab equipment. I don't see it happening though, the vaporizers make sense as much like an asthma pump you require something to safely inhale your medication, where as you don't need to be running closed loop extractors.

Do you just mean LP produced garbage is shit ? or do you just dislike CO2 extracts in general ?

How many PATIENTS can afford a full closed loop CO2 system exactly? That's what I thought, you're just rec posing as medical. Sick people dont have 20k just laying around to spend on whatever

LOL@ the lack of self awareness. You come here and insult everyone talking about how you're intellectually superior, then ask for our help. Lol burned those bridges bud. Fuck off
Again, you seem to be fabricating things.

Save your strength friend, it can be put to better use than making up stories to start fights online.

Are all medical users destitute? Is that a prerequisite to get prescribed?

Again, stop making up lies to start fights. There's more important things in life, friend.
