Medical user smoking with minors

yo I was wondering what would happen if I was caught with a 17 year old or 19 year old smoking some good ol' dank, but I am the only card holder?

I'd say you are a prime example of why some people want to repeal MMJ. They are going to assume you supplied it. Would suck to lose that card.... In fact, I wouldn't even bring the card up until my first court date.

If I understood what Serapis said, that is a better idea. You get caught smoking with minors. Then say you don't have a MMJ card. Right? lol

Not only would your card be revoked, but you would also face some charges.

In california if this new law passes it is a crime. Now if you keep your mouth shut they may just step on the dope and let you go.
