MedPot Now Danger!

Anyone looking for a dispensary please overlook MedPotNow I have the following concerns to express to everyone:

1) after asking questions regarding safety of their edibles, packing dates, best before. I was banned as a member.

2) I called the owner to discuss and he was extremely rude to me and defensive when I questioned his product safety.

3) they sell bunk medicine.

4) they DO NOT test their meds as they indicate on their packaging.

5) they have called authorities in attempts to shut down other dispensaries and restrict patient medicine.

I highly recommend anyone who is a member of MEDPOTNOW or interested in becoming one to QUESTION them on their practices, call them & record it. The owner of this dispensary has only money in mind and completely lacks patient care. Be warned and warn others!

I agree with you and Cannadan. If we do not ask these questions, who will? Medpotnow was the first dispensary I suggested my wife to sign up after leaving her LP. One order and we never re-ordered Quality is just not there, I disagree with their slogan on their website: "Quality, purity, and a natural approach". So many other dispensaries with better prices than MPN nowadays LPs are offering low priced meds. Medreleaf is offering 2 strains at $5/g, seems like demand issues to me.

Oh and just to put it out there, and I do not want to steal your thread, but after my wife's first experience with Medreleaf's dried mmj. She is quite sad with the quality regarding the strain she ordred : Durabilis (Super Skunk). From the looks of it, the flowers were not too pretty, but the smell was intense. Too intense imo, just letting you patients know that LPs are doing as bad as money-driven dispensaries. Both are hurting patients and we still have a couple of more months to go regarding this political issue to be resolved. Stay medicated comrades!

are you in the lower mainland?

I am born in Quebec, but we both moved to our beautiful capital city for school. Here, in Ottawa, we have only heard of one local dispensary, but it got shut down a couple of years ago. Go habs go for tonight Sorry for the local team, but we wish you Good Luck

when you said Medpotnow, i think they are in Vancouver is why i asked.
if you want a compassion club, a few here really like the LCS in London Ont. i am not sure if they mail out though. something closer to you and good reviews...even hippy's goat likes them

I've had mostly good experiences with mpn. But the last time I ordered I wasn't pleased with the level of service and lack of cominication about my order with me. So I haven't reordered from them. There are many others out there. if a dispensary can't take a order, receive payment and ship all in the same business day then fuck off stop offering mail order. It takes fucking long enough with out having several days added due to piss poor customer service and just not shipping orders the same day they are made and paid for. I have friends that recently ordered from medpotnow and it took 2 weeks! To get their order and it wasn't all there.

These guys mail order sell their schwag as well.. They have storefront and mail order. Keep away from both! Question, questiom, question them on everything!

There are LOTS of compassionate dispensaries out there, steer clear of MEDPOTNOW.

What was wrong with the edibles in question?
Who called what authorities in attempts to shut down what other dispensaries ?

They sell expired edibles, people have got food poisoning from them. No packaged on dates, no best before, no AUTHENTIC lab results to verify the THC content they claim on packaging.

If your a member I dare you to phone MPN and question them or do it on Twitter then they block and ban you cause your asking all the right questions that will put them out of business.

It's best to do a lot of research of your dispensary and question everything, an open transparent dispensary will answer all your questions! Be warned if they don't. That's why I'm warning people of this bad place..

The snake who owns MPN tried to shut down other dispensaries by calling authorities with lies. It obviously didn't work as those dispensaries are legit compared to MPN. Be warned as MPN has also recently moved, however I'm hopeful the new Van dispensary regulations coming out next week will PERMINANTLY shut down MPN! If not that then Vancouver Costal Health will shut them down for selling rank expired edibles.

I have yet to pull the trigger on an order with LCS since signing on in Dec with them. 98%of their stock has yet to change since then, which is why I am hesitant to order. That and the specific one day a week order shipment.

Thanks for the heads up on MPN, I have been using them for quite some time and have experienced edibles that did nothing, even in large quantities. I have never myself personally had an issue when voicing a complaint. After hearing about the reaction the poster stated he/she received I may have to start considering somewhere else

I don't like that BCCCS only ships twice a week...mind you that may have changed...I can only ensure that my m.o. gets there when it needs to be by sending expresspost...it would be nice to email money transfer

I highly recommend calling MPN and asking the same questions I did. See what happens.

That sucks, I wonder how effective their version of RSO is? Anyone know of people who used it and what would the "SB" stand for?

A friend of mine tried that rso and the "cbd rich" rso they use to sell. The cbd stuff did nothing and that stuff you pictured seemed to work alright for pain relief.

RSO is archaic and there are much better forms of medicine out there now. I recommend a decarboxilyated Amber Oil that has been vac purged.

Welcome to the forum CdnMedPatient... Sorry to hear about your experiences with MPN... I'm getting really tired of only hearing negative shit about these guys. We're all supposed to be in this together patients/providers whatever. There is absolutely nothing community or positive about trying to BLOCK patients access to meds.

Good luck in your quest to gain proper access and dealing with real compassionate individuals.
