Funny how that works eh?

Some child care place or a corporate learning child school moves into a office space.... knowing full well liquor stores and pot shops are down the street.... because some are actual businesses ... wouldn't they have looked at that before hand.... but guess who has to move
Life is but a joke

the BC Compassion Club was denied as well.
they are kitty-corner from a private school that was opened AFTER the BCCCS was there. such a crock. they do far more than just MMJ sales
would lead me to believe they can open some where else... a true BS story but I guess it has to be seen to be known about.

Could be a blessing in disguise.
They will reopen, maybe now with the way things are in the city and the country they will have the finances and backing to grab some prime real estate.

Could turn into the best thing to ever happen to them and the scene. They have a great name and plenty of supporters.

if Vancouver ends up with 40-50 dispensaries, imagine a few will relocate to victoria and other friendly municipalities in the lower mainland. they still have 6+ months before the crackdown.

John Moeller is the operations director for Broken Coast, a small licensed producer that operates in Ladysmith. He says becoming a licensed producer was not the windfall everyone expected, but he doesn’t know if they are selling to fewer customers on the West Coast because of the proliferation of dispensaries.

He says if the dispensaries weren’t there, customers wouldn’t necessarily register with licensed producers. “They might just buy it from a different illegal source. They might buy it from their neighbour or someone that’s growing it that they know…Logic would have you believe, though, that if there’s a dispensary on every corner, it’s going to start having an effect over time.”

Awww...

Can I safely assume that there are no non-MMAR growers supplying dispensaries and the BM?

I think the MMPR is supplying some Dispensaries, 100% on that and the black market. :)

I could be wrong but money means way to much to people not to stretch whats going on and try and make it fit...
