Well it's about time and was a delight to see. :hump:

Michael Moore demands apology from Wolf Blitzer WMP - 10 mins
Michael Moore went off on Wolfie and CNN for a hit piece they aired about “Sicko” right before he came on. He was hot! He slapped the beard around pretty good…He says he’ll post the facts refuting their claims on his website tonight. He then attacked CNN and Blitzer for not doing their job in the run up to the war (where were you when it mattered?) and said that everything he said about the Iraq war did come to pass. He wondered why it took him so many years to get Cheney on teevee? He asked when America will get sick and tired of the “crap” they show…

CNN “Reality Check” That Got Michael Moore Fired Up WMP - 5 mins
Here is Dr. Sanjay Gupta’s “Sicko Reality Check” segment that preceded Michael Moore’s heated interview with The Beard, earlier this evening on CNN.

The adventures of MM conitues ....:blsmoke:

Michael Moore VS Wolf Blitzer - Round II
John posted part one of Michael Moore’s interview with CNN’s Wolf Blitzer yesterday and there has been a lot of buzz around both the interview and Dr. Sanjay Gupta’s “reality check” which aired just before the interview, setting Moore off. CNN aired the second half of the interview today. While the second half of the interview was a bit more subdued, Moore was still passionate in making his points. Blitzer throws out some criticisms and Moore slaps them all down, even claiming that an Iranian news agency is reporting that Moore is going to be traveling to Iran to show his new film. Of course, Moore laughs it off and asks if Fox News was really behind that story. At the end of the interview Moore thanks Wolfie for telling him he liked the movie during the break

Michael Moore vs Sanjay Gupta
Michael Moore meets up with Dr. Gupta on Larry King to air out their differences because of a “fact check” segment Sanjay did about “Sicko” that Moore took exception to with Wolf Blitzer. Gupta did admit to an error regarding in his piece about claiming Moore said the per capita spending on health care in Cuba was $25 instead of $251…

That's exactly what happened. Moore got his BS movie panned and he went ballistic.

Another astute comment from someone I doubt has seen the Movie. Come on Vi, you know full well if you took the profit out of medical there would be a chance for comprehensive medical coverage for every citizen for less than what they now pay for insurance, co-pays and prescriptions. I think you might just be the consumate scrooge.

Watch the Movie before you make any rash judgments on this one Vi.... This is the only flick that Moore has made that I did think he had much credibility on. When is the last time you have been to Europe to see how their system actually works...
It's funny how the United States is the richest Country on Earth and yet the Europeans have a higher standard of living that We do.

.... it wasn't that he criticize him .... it was because he lied about Moore's statements in the movie ... and he had every right to be piss ....

.... and everyone is cheering the fact that he slap CNN with the fact that they are just as responsible for the war and the lives lost as the illegitimate bush regime.

.... now that was great .... :blsmoke:

... and I saw his movie last night ... it was very good ... and it made me realize we need universal health care like the other western nations have ...

Well, if you remember Dank ... you guys on the old CW site said the same thing about Farenhiegt 911. So, I went to see the film and reported back to you guys.

Moore is nothing more than a propagandist for the Stalinist Party. His films stretch the truth, leave important facts out, speak out of context and are cut & paste jobs. Do I really need to watch a film where the producer claims that over 40 million Americans are "uninsured," as if that's the fault of the American health care system, but never mentions that 20 million of those folks, mostly the young and healthy, CAN afford medical coverage, but elect not to spend the money? Do I need to watch a film that claims other countries have "FREE" medical coverage, but never mentions the tax rates in those countries?

Come on guys ... Moore is a self promoting Hollywood millionaire who is getting rich off of America bashing by feeding into the hatred of the ultra left (The Stalinist Party). Simple as that.

It's rather Funny that you mention That Vi, I was Wrong about Fahrenheit 911, 90% of what Michael More said on that Movie turned out to be the Truth.
The Ultra left isn't Stalinist, Socialist, but not Stalinist. To be Stalinist would be to turn to total Communism.... There is a marked Difference between Socialism and Communism.
Socialism is a Economic system that fairly distributes goods and serviced, Communism is a Political system where the state owns everything and no one profits.

OK, then let's call Moore & Co. fascists. In a fascist system, there is the illusion of private ownership ... with strict, dictatorial control by the state. Is that closer to the truth?

Really? France doesn't operate like that and they are as socialist as they get. Same with Holland.
Vi Tell me when you go outside of this country and see it for yourself, then we shall talk.

Dank ...

I don't have to go to those countries to know what its like. I have friends who live in Mexico half the year. She fell down some stairs and suffered a compound fracture in her ankle. She was flown to hospital in Guadalhara (sp) and hooked up with a Mexican surgeon there. He offered to have her flown back to the states if she wanted, but assured her that he was educated in the U.S. and attained his M.D. there. She opted for him to do the surgery. The surgery, a one week stay in the hospital and all medications ... total cost: $7,500. And the ankle came out perfect. The catch? You have to live in that shit-hole called Mexico.

Wow! I'm flabergasted that you haven't refuted my post with facts and have just resorted to a personal attack instead. NOT!

Vi
Facts don't faze you. I've tried for over a year to get your closed mind to open, it's a waste of my time and effort.
