My first post may as well be on the first grow diary (here) that I've read in full. This was a brilliant use of that cabinet (though 20" of height isn't much to work with). I'd suggest using some thin (1/2" wide x 1/8" thick) self-adhesive foam weatherstripping (or similar) to make the flowering chambers more light-tight (those buds were super-airy; probably due to light pollution during the "dark 12"). I can't say it's sold me on CFLs but I've been wanting to try DWC and this thread is more encouragement. Thank-you, Wolfman Zen, for posting this informative and entertaining thread. It's a shame this thread died as I have just finished reading it start to finish and it is very good. I will use this for reference for sure. I wonder what happened to Zen though as it sounded like he had future plans but his last post on here was 2008!
