my plants are in the middle of flowering about 4 weeks in and they stand about 3 feet tall and I'm wondering what ppm their solutions should be at I am running it at about 1250ppm and I don't know if that is safe or if I should drop it by about 150 to 1100ppm or so... what would you guys be running ? oh and nutrients are FloraNova, FloraMicro, Koolbloom, Subculture M. plenty of oxygenation and all 5 gallon reservoirs.

It's really hard to judge how much to feed just based on PPM. If the leaves look healthy, then they are at a good level. You can keep giving them nutes until you see spots from nute burn. I've seen some people on here that run at 1500ppm no problem and other that have burns at just 1100ppm. It differs based on strain. The plants will tell you if they need more or less.

I guess I don't understand how you guys talk in PPM when there are like 3 different conversions from EC to PPM.

EC is the only universal language.
