I am having an extremely hard time getting hydro nutes in my area since all we have with in 75mi is a walmart. Up to this point I hadn't heard much good about mg but after seeing what u got going with it I may have to give it a shot for the grow I have started...any mg liquid fert suggestions?

No...... but epsom salts, which is a foot soak generally sold everywhere- is a perfect addition when mg is needed. Just add that every watering until the problem is solved.

My mistake........... I'll say again- MG is a poor choice. Go to Ebay and buy one of the 100 hydroponic brands available there. As long as it says hydroponic, it's generally a complete fertilizer. You'll be better off in the long run and much happier with the results with a lot less aggravation.

hey CoAcHrOaCh , yes walmart does sell MG fertilizer liqiud as well...try look for veg nute...and you need to get bloom nute like MGs tomatoes nute, etc.
have you give any thought about grow organically ? because homedepot or lowes does have good stuff as opposed to the hydro store that you dont have one in your area....for example, homedepot does have all organic stuff, powder nutes, and more...all you have to is water thats it. Last time i cant find any hydro store...so i ended up get organic stuff at the homedepot...i got a outstanding result from organic grow :D

Yea organic is my definite end goal. Biggest problem right now is time...I have a few babies just about ready for nutes and little time to wait for an order (im a tad impatient but working on it). I kinda just decided about a few weeks ago to build my own bubbleponics set up...so I have been concentrating on that and let time get away from me...the ones I have ready for nutes are nothing special just trying to have a test run with what I have so far...

oh yeah...you will learn in the process...i learned one thing...is patience...last time i was impatient all of my grow was diaster !! so i just changed my motto is no worry about plants they will be fine without my help (fix the petty thing, led to worse)..just do the routine feed is normal...you will be fine , buddy :D

Right on brother I appreciate it...I purposely put my babies in another location so im not hovering over them all the time bc I know id make a million changes and end up killing them...I apologize to the op didn't mean to jack ur thread...as soon as im done with my bubble buckets ill start a thread with some pictures of what I did...its all stuff I scavenged from my home or work and basically just threw it together...im into the whole set up $42start. 30 for two pumps and 12 for four airstones and some air tubing. Im not muck of a diy'er so im super proud that what I've done so far is working

As you can see that's the top of a 2lbottle soda bottle, lava rocks from my yard I boiled, foam from an office chair that I cut up and the white supports are cut up plastic clothes hangers
