I'd say this thread should be done too...thanks everyone for your opinions, whatever they may have been.

Let us remember, not tolerating other's beliefs and opinions is what make marijuana illegal and looked down upon to begin with. Let's not fall into the same pattern of hate..

No i read your post. It basically said that there is no reason to mist your plants with plain water except for cleaning them. and if you want to do it why risk it near your bulb. Which is exactly what im trying to say

not tryin to start a war: i said mist plants to clean of dust that settles on the leaves and keep pores from getting clogged so if yoa just think about that you will relize that is considerd cleaning them so really we agree now stop whining :clap:

you also stated that you mist your plants on a regular basis, under your hps...that I do not agree with.

actually i do it for the same reason i been sayin since the 2nd post to this thread and only during veg. so really it's under a mh but thats just as dangerous if you don't raise your light up mist than lower light back down you don't want to mist your light. thats fine that you don't agree i know it keeps my plant clean and all the lil pores open so it can suck up all the goodness it can and i have never burned a plant from misting

Why are your plants dusty? get some filters on your intakes
thats a fine idea but thair growing in soil and with the fans on and maybe alil soil that splashed ou of the pot or or maybe just shit on the top that dried out fine particals of dust could get stird up i ony mist em like every 10 days its not like my plants are coverd in dust figure when you look at a leave you cant see the pores right so the dust particals need not be to big to cop a squat on your plant

Ok, outdoors the sun isnt a foot away from plants in an enclosed space. If you are going to mist, do it with water only or a weak solution and do it during the dark period. And be sure not to get it on your bulb or youll be picking glass out of your plants. Good luck and happy growing!

if using cfls common sense would tell you that cfl light even thru a drop of water is still way less powerful than the sun and doubt it could intensify it enough to burn a plant at all....just my opinion cuz i mist my plant all the time

I didn't think so either... I just originally was wondering if the water would intensify the light and help in photosynthesis...

i mist my plants only in veg and i do it with the lights on since i do 24/7 light. once the plants are under the hps i no longer mist them
