Misting with a paint sprayer

I've done to grow with PVC tubes and drip irrigation misters. It worked pretty well but I know I was not getting the micron size that would've been optimum. I'm thinking of trying an internal mixing paint sprayer with a siphon. Has anyone set up an aero grow with one of these? Also how important is it to keep the water temperature below 70°?

The important thing is the chamber temperature. The water temperature has almost no effect because of the small amounts involved.

Thanks Atomizer, I was getting worried because I keep reading posts about adding a frig to cool the water.

Any ideas on using a paint sprayer to fog the roots?

If you have the gear on hand its worth a go. I tested a cheap external mix gun once, it didnt have the same controllability of an AA nozzle. It pulled a lot more air (7cfm) and was limited to a flat fan pattern cos its for painting :)
I use a modified domestic fridge to cool and dry the compressed air.
