Thanks for the info and yes we all have to work together to stop these unconstitutional changes...These changes are a direct violation of the Supreme Court ruling of 2001...lets not give up!

The statement of claim represents only 4 specific plaintiffs, but, they are representing the issue for all of us. It is a constitutional challenge of the MMPR, thus whatever happens, affects us all.

@DanNelson thanks for the input. I was under the impression, that this was for the few individual; Good to know.
Next question (anyone) how long would it take to have a temporary "stay of rights" to continue growing or having a Dg.
