Thanks for the heads up...I really appreciate that dude?!?!

So, the person that this happened to reached out to me, and he indeed did get raided. Suffice to say, what OMS posted is accurate (again, thanks for the heads up), but these things will happen when popo knows you’re abusing your MMAR.

Keep your circle tight...nuff said!

Its shit like this that makes ya say

I TOLD YA SO MOFO!:cuss::cuss::cuss:

No one is gonna stop me from saving my sorry fucking ass...and shit like this can just take a fucking HIKE!

Has ZERO to do with a LEGIT person being ill!

So I guess my pinks will cover me on my move until I get registered in the ACMPR eh?...lol...I'm going to try and find it...I'm positive your pinks are voided when you register in the ACMPR.
This is from a Facebook post i read of his. Im not sure how to sift through his posts. But if you move you have to get acmpr to grow.

My take is that the injunction will be lifted as there are "valid" medical regulations available and the injunction will be unnecessary....this is why Conroy said to get on board...that way the day your MMAR expires you're already registerrd in the ACMPR with no delays...hahaha....and pinks, both, are voided when you change address.

My take was/is that HC would have to petition Phelan to remove the injunction - and mmar patients would argue their ability to renew their scripts at the same g/p/d/ and plant counts has been seriously harmed by the recommendations in the ACMPR that limit doctors to a 3 - 5 g maximum. Back to court we go, and the injunction stands until it's decided.

The 3-5 g /day limit s a fight with the college-not HC...big difference....

From HC's website.
The current available information suggests most individuals use less than 3 grams daily of dried marijuana, whether that amount is taken orally, inhaled, or a combination of both.
The current system allows most of what the mmar did. There is no reason for HC to petition Phelan to drop the injunction other than to force smaller plant counts. I don't think it will happen, tbh

HC does not set the rules for the college....when I tried to get my script my doctor didn't say to me "HC states I can only go to a max of a 3g/d"-it was her college that said no more.

When I entered the ACMPR I was given a 3g/day prescription which my Dr told me she gives to everyone she signs for. When I went for my renewal she told me she couldn't prescribe higher than 6g/day because of her college of physicians (or whatever its called). She did tell me she would gladly increase my g/day if and when the college allows it... So I ended up going through a clinic (which I told my Dr. I would) to get more than 6g/day. So I have to agree that it isn't HC setting the bar.

I'm in ON and my doctor increased by script only a couple weeks before the injunction ruling.
I asked him a month or so ago if he would increase my script again and he said he wouldn't have any issue with that. I'm over the 6 grams as it stands now.
So I'm not sure where she is getting this amount from? Its a harmless plant after all. Kills no one.
