Molasses in the last 2 weeks of flowering

this is how I do it too. only difference is the jars get open up and tossed around once-twice a day untill dry. some strains don't come to fully maturity untill jar cured for weeks. (strawberry cough I'm told but a great grower on this site takes 4 weeks of curing in the jar to really show its self.

yeah DOW is right on this one, its to feed the organisms in the dirt as much as it is to feed carbs to plants, but with hydro (or any non-organic) grow the stickyness seems to just cover the roots and cause a semi-root lock issue. I am a big mollass. fan but recently I did a non organic grow (I was a soluables guy and my organic soluable supply couldnt restock) and the molasses messed with my plants when I added it like I have in the past..

mollasses not good for non-organic must be horrible for hydro.

Another question for you...Im in Canada and the humidity is really high and the temperatures are really low...about 2 degres during the night......so i'm obligated to put my babies indoor during the night, for the last week...and I recently see a white powder on the leaves...see pics...with multiple spots...on Jack the ripper strains...
do you know what is it...have you already seen that ??? and do you know if I can harvet without problems of rotting fruit...cause I had bad expereinced with my Querkle plant....

You have PM, Powdery Mildew

I just started using molasses. I have been growing for a couple of years, I have heard nothing but good things about the stuff.
However I am also growing the same strain without molasses in the same room (side by side), just to see the actual difference that molasses will make.
Same genetics for the past year (hindu Kush + Purple Kush).
I use Advanced Nutrients, Iguana Juice: Grow + Bloom no additives and 2 x 600 watt digital lights in a single cooltube.

Cool, thanks for sharing. +Subscribed. I've been meaning to do this test myself but didn't want to risk getting lesser quality bud this time around in case carboloading really does work. Wish everyone would do more stuff like this.
