Just added a 315 lec to go along with my two 1000 raptors. Even though the LEC runs extremely cool, it was just enough to go from high 80s (87 on average) to low 90s- which I am a little unhappy about. I already keep my ballast outside my room and run the cord through an access hole I created so I really can't improve there. I have heard if you run cO2 than low 90s doesnt matter as much and is actually prefered, but I really dont agree with that line of thinking, I believe mid 80s is ideal. I already run one 6 inch max fan through both the thousands in an isolated loop (through one wall and out the other compared to an open end that woukd exhaust my air).so I don't lose CO2.
finally the question -If I add another max fan at the other end will it help cool the two 1000s a lot More, or should I not expect that much of a difference?
