• How will you get "busted for cannabis" if they are making possessing under 30 grams legal in public?

• It has to be government-approved marijuana.
  If it's not, it's considered illegal "illicit cannabis" and that carries very stiff penalties..

everyone will have to carry a sample bud....just in case you get tested...
you know the special cannabis with the death chemicals on to it.....
and the genetic markers installed into it, seriously who would smoke that shit.

All these different types of cannabis to keep track of. Medical Cannabis, Recreational, and now Illicit.

Any way they can force Canadians to get LPs out of the red. First the MMPR, now forced seed sales

So if I smoke legal medical cannabis I can drive but if I smoke or ingest illicit cannabis then i am impaired.... right

Correct me if I'm wrong but I couldn't find anything about limits on how much cannabis u can have at home....only in public. So wouldn't that mean u can have as much as u want at home ???

We have similar laws here in the states that deal with prescription meds. If you have meds on your person in the prescription bottle with your name on it, no charges. Have those same meds in a pill minder without the script on you (but for which you still have a valid script) and its a felony. It doesn't matter what the meds are.

Canada might do something similar. If you don't have it in LP packaging, busted.

Or they could just give you a warning and send you on your way. Depends on who stops you and what mood they are in- just like it does here.

I had a whatever from Tousaw on Facebook this morning saying that sensi is going to be acceptable as one seed will equate to one gram....haven't read that yet in the new regs, but I believe him.

I'm from the UK. I hope it stays illegal here! It's nice just how it is now... Police ain't bothered, high prices.. the standard of weed is actually quite good overall in the UK, much better than it was 10 years ago.

A few years ago, they started policing the little ports and villages, where they reckoned loads of top notch weed was coming in from Holland and other countries. The whole of the UK went dry for like 2-3 months, so every started growing with the fear of that happening again. Now it's flooded with weed here!
