More lighting questions

Will my plants flower under flouros and cfi's or do i have to have hps or mh lights?

I started my plants under 4 4ft flouros and last week switched to a 400hps what a difference. Under the flouros it was slow going and as soon as I switched to the hps they just took off growing. So when the old wise men on this site say get a hps trust me get one. It should pay for its self in 8 weeks

I have been telling people the same thing for along time now. Just the energy savings alone will pay for your system with the first grow, when you compare lumen output for CFL'S and Floro's VS HID why waste your money on Floro's!!!
