You should definitely go DIY , cobkits , timber grow lights etc.
get WHITE cobs 80 or 90 CRI in 3000K or 3500K.
White is the ONLY full spectrum light, blurple (red/blue) is not full spectrum. It sure as shit ain't 600 watts (96 watts actual (so BIG lies there)
The latest in tech is white cobs and quantum boards
Now having said that, 96 actual (albeit inefficient) watts of blurple for about $1/watt is an okay price. Of course we dont know your grow space, environmental conditions or existing lighting system. So I cant say if the lamp will do you but I wouldn't try growing anything more than one medium sized plant with such a light.
