Here's my "GSC" from Harborside, two days into flush, I don't know who's cut it is, (Probably MO's but they sold them to me from a QB Tray (just to add to confusion), I their love Durban Poison and Red Diesel), but I snipped a few lower flowers last week and then compared with HS's "the cookies" and BPG's "All Star Cookies", call me bias but I liked this stuff best!
The cat is hooked.
That's pretty impressive. Looks like it's going to yield.

Had to start my own thread about this to get more feedback.....was wondering if anyone ever encountered a strain that veg'd as slow as these cuts...It seems impossible to mother these cuts out...Is this normal for this strain or just the cuts from these 3 vendors.....almost like they got hit with Bushmaster before they hit the club shelves.....they are growing slower than anything i've EVER seen......thnx in advance......

Yep if you have the real deal...I am sure you do, so do I.. same spot I got it from. Technically its a F1 cut being that they are not close to generation drift. Seedlings and F1 cuts are more rigorious and timely in veg. Its a good sign! =) What I do to try to promote quicker veg its step up in pots to help develop a good root base. I cut only 3 max from each plant when they hit 1 gallon pots from landmarks. I let them get up to about a foot and bend the tops to promote lower growth from where I take them. Trust me on this though. I have filled a turbo kloner with some that were laughably small and questionable to cut...they all root all of them. Go from landmark pots for about a 5-7 days move into 1 gallon pots and t plant into 5 gallons week before flipping. The stretch in flower is ridiculios so don't let the slow veg fool you. Of course this is all contingent on the fact that the wattage is there. I am gonna be taking a break after this next one so here is what I use. =)

Bio Bizz coco soil and ONLY R/O water w/ 5 mls calmag per gal.
House and Gardens: full line (minus algen extract...replaced with Primordial solutions Sea Green.)
Advanced: Bud candy, Rhinoskin & Nirvana
Primordial solutions: Sea Green & True Blooms
Rock resinator Heavy yeild
Budswel Bat guano

If someone's GSC is not having these characteristics you speak of then they have a fake. Or a seeded version from a genetic bank.

My apologies for the late update. The MO GSC yielded well and looked good, but the quality of the smoke was mediocre at best. The clone was not retained.

I just cut what Burning Bush Nurseries called Key Lime Pie (now renamed GSC) and it is much more dank and resinous than the MO, but with fewer and separated buds on each branch. Just dried samples will be tried in a week, but our expectation is for some fine canna.

The MF GSC, now carried by Harborside was just acquired and will be tried in the not too distant.

Best,

bopper

P.S. In our experience, clubs clones in general do not display the quality of the original elites for which they are often named. We used to be in the loop, but times change and friends depart, alas. We may have to stick to growing from seed to get the quality we seek. ;)

if you do go with seeds..
Since you are in the area, I highly recommend kindpeoples collective.
they have a damn good selection of seeds, and the best selection of Bodhi strains around.
