Hi guys, doing an overhaul on my area and have come across a few issues meaning I will need to get the plant out from under its 300W LED for a period of time. Just wondering is it okay to move a plant outside under sunlight straight from a grow light for a few hours? What is required temperature for it being outside? Is sunlight better for the plant anyway if temperatures are in range? If so, how much better will the light be from the sun than the 300W Mars LED as on sunny days when it is safe to do so, I may move the plant out doors on these days to save on the electricity bill and possibly help the plant.
