moving plants outside need help

Ok so i am going to try and move babies outside . problem is the daylight internet explorer says I only have about 13.2 or something hours of daylight right now . How do a take babies that have been under cfl for 24hrs a day and put them outside without them trying to flower on me ? How do others deal with these problems ?

how old are they exactly? take a look at my thread florida guerilla needs help those are some girls i did the same thing with and they're doing fine outside with no signs of flowering.
