MSNL Auto Blue Dream & White Widow Max

This is my 2nd indoor grow. My first didn't go so well. Turns out my pots were too small and I ended up with little baby plants.... 7oz off of 5 plants. Didn't even make it worth the electric bill lol! So we try again. MSNL auto Blue Dream & White Widow Max. 5 gal buckets. Lowes organic garden soil and the nutes I wont mention name as most people don't like them but they worked wonders on my outdoor grow(1.5lb on 3 girls) so I'm sticking with it. A 2x4x7 tent and a 1000w MH/HPS light, switching bulbs around 5/6 weeks. I'm running my light 18/6. I used the paper towel method to germ. 3 day germ and I put them in the buckets on 09/06/2016. I am going to try and take a pic every day of the grow. So far this grow is going soooo much better than my last.

They look very healthy.

7 oz of 5 plant is good for autos in my opinion.

White wido max from msnl are amazing.

You will have high temps, unless you got hella ac. 600 is plenty, in a 2x4. Is your ballast dimmable?

Thanks guys. Yes ballast is dimmable. Would I need different bulbs? But temps are not really a concern. The tent is in my garage. Temps are going down outside. These should go into November. I might have to keep the light on 24hr if we get a cold spell early. It can snow here in November, but not often. Light is off noon to 6pm now. Mid 60's was the day temp today. With light on I'm almost 80. So my temps will be fine through October. Here is todays pic....

Yeah temps sound pretty in check. You'll do better to match bulbs to wattage, from what I've read. I had a 400 bulb when I upped to a 600 ballast, now I swap them out when temps get hot outside. Def looking good, good luck & post pics!

They seem to like warmer temps. I turned off ac and they are chugging water and putting on solid bud. Use Mh to bush them out and hps to fatten the buds. Or go HPS the whole way for fat single colas from what I have seen looking at journals.

Edit: MH makes em frosty also. Good idea on the 24 hrs for heat. I was thinking of doing this also. Michigan winters are frigid cold and I usually use the exhaust for heating the house. 24 hours of heat would really help.

Northeast Ohio here, so I get ya on the temps. I'm running MH now. I will switch over to HPS around week 5-6.
Another day another pic. 2 of the Blue Dream and 1 WWM have started to flower. The other BD and WWM seem a week or so behind.

Those look nice man. I'm curious to see how the blue dream turns out. Was thinking of purchasing some seeds soon

Same here, seeing a lot of good auto strains coming out now that more breeders are involved.

If I was a breeder, I would focus on autos. If you sell some one a pheno they can just clone it. With autos they have to keep buying your seeds unless they have a room for breeding.

Thanks. I grew 2 of the BD's last year. The smoke was great. Prolly my fav out of BD, AK47 & BerryRyder that I grew. Cant wait for this year as my girls are 4x the total size of last year lol...

Were running the auto bluedream again,be careful if you have any other plants ours grew 6feet5in tall,nicest smoke i ever had,all the best mate

I'm ending week 4 so 6 weeks or so to go. If they double in size from here I should be good. Might have to find a way to tie them back. Not a bad problem to have in my book.

Which Lowe's mix is the one used ... ( pic ).
I use FFOF but looking at different choices and those plants seem to like your choice of soil.

I don't have the bags. Looked on the website couldn't find it, but it was the Sta-Green brand. I did a 50/50 mix of garden soil and potting mix on the bottom half of the bucket and just garden soil on the top half. The soil is pretty dense. I mixed in the potting mix for the bottom of the buckets to create some pockets for air and drainage. The potting mix was closer to mulch.
