Mushroom yield

Alright guys so I've got a 58qt mono tub and a smaller terrarium made from two smaller tubs that when assembled takes up the inside ares of the 58qt minus 2 in on every side. Both have led light sources and are gonna be using manure substrate from local cows as well as verm and gypsum. So my question is what are my yield to be expected from the entire run of flushes of Phyilicibe Cubensis and are there any species that could up these numbers casing requiring species are acceptable candidates. Many thanks

Sorry pal theres no way to know, is it from spore or have you come across A crazy high production mono culture? you say your growing cubes but what strain? And even when you have a good strain if its from spore its a crapshoot until you clone or isolate . Im guessing spores and youll be lucky if it produces anything. Consider a gram a good yeild in learning experience. if you keep at it and do your research and have a good pure culture then yeah you can see some awesome canopys and see some weight. but for now Focus on controlling your conditions like humidity, fae, and light and learn proper sterile pactice :) happy growing and good luck !

OK cool right on any place to look for information on thé isolation and cloning you talked about never even heard those terms used talking about mycologie lol but for real tho though where can I learn about it?

I also was looking for a little guidance on subspecies I've heard the strain really has no effect on Cultivation but all this information came from sorcas that were arranged before this "mudroom boom" be gained so it may be outdated

Cubensis is a great series of strain to start with.

Goto youtube and type in lets grow mushrooms. The link is for his strain isolation video.

Its advanced stuff but the quick and dirty would be cloning to agar pr cloning right into a small spawn jar.

Its advanced stuff. Maybe checkout shroomery.org for a more in depth look.

Step one I would try to get a few simple grows in and get your sterile technique down and worry about big crops after you figure out the basics

my treasure coast has been selectively bred for over two years and is very potent and vigorous. Good advice though! I just wanted to add that selective breeding is a worth while technique.

you can also do LC or liquid culture. it is very easy. You grow you multispore bulk as normal. As they are fruiting, pick the largest fastest grower or favorite for whatever reason you decide. https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/5874305/fpart/all/vc/1
To clean my syringe prior to a use like this, i simply suck up a syringe of iso and squirt it back into the bottle a few times. Then, suck up boiling water a few times to rinse out the iso. Then suck up boiling water one last time and cap the syringe with its cap that has been cleaned with iso inside and out. Let the syringe cool to room temp. Only takes an hour or so to cool. Then follow the procedure for obtaining mycelium from your stem like in the link provided. You can then use you LC to propagate dozens of spawn jars and agar dishes.
