You will want to manicure it at least before moving it as its harder to trim as the leaves stick to buds.It will stink if its good weed while drying. Dont wait more then a day to start to dry as it will mold. You will have to hang it up with a fan on it or on a screen laid out with a fan both will be in dark areas no light.

ya cutting an then waiting to dry or bundling up the wet weed is just askin for mold/mildew..i would at least try an half dry it befor you go..just my 2 cents tho

NEVER put a fan on your buds thats bad!!! Ask any experienced grower and they will tell you the same. Just leave in a dark ventilated area where its not to hot and not to cold. Pretty much like 70 deg. would be fine or a little higher. But dont rush the process by using a fan. Not good for it.

I believe that you will be ok if you harvest trim the fan and sun leaves and put it in a paper bag should make it for one day, but you need to get it hung up and drying proper as soon as possible.

Agreed. A paperbag will help sort of "start" the process while you move it. A paper towel and a few silica packets (also available as Damp-Rid) should help keep it mold free until you can dry and then cure it.

Gmoney a fan is reccomended for drying whether on a screen or hanging in a room as stale non air movement promotes mildew growth. Not sure who misled you but the fan is used by most seasoned vets.I learned by watching people who have grown since the 60s and even saw the tech in other countries. You just dont blast in right on the buds its a light wind over the top and under to keep air moving.
