My 1st real plant problem... =[ Stripes ??

I guess there has to be a 1st for everything...

Looking around at the plant abuse thread it looks closest to PH lockout but i always keep my ph around 6.5... Or as close as i can tell with the liquid test kit i have... I will get a real tester for my next plant... Thats another story...

I am using Botanicare Pure Blend (15ml/gal) and Liquid Karma (10ml/gal) witch is for Mid size veg...

My real suspect here is that i missed a time release pellet for the mix... I try to carefully pick these out by sifting through a handful of soil at a time... Just like de seeding shwag you always miss at least one... =[

My money is on the pellet because it is only two sets of fan leaves that are damaged... And on the one we are looking at here the fan leaf that is just opposite this arm is very healthy...

Any way i flushed the soil 3 times... Hopefully that will help...

Will the leaves ever recuperate and go back to green or is it perm damaged... ??

Do you think its Ph/salt lockout or the pelets burning my baby or something else... ??

Any other input is welcome... =]

Its a pretty big deal... Things are looking worse this morning... =[

Here is the whole plant... Another close up of that big burnt leaf... And a close up showing yellowing of the new growth... Last pic is the male who in comparison is healthy...

He was not transplanted but has been fed on the same nut/water solution...

The female (the sick one =[) was transplanted last week into a bigger pot and may have a few nut pellets in the sol but i was pretty thorough picking them out...

The male is in another room getting flowered to collect pollen...

That is the only difference between the two...

when your talking about the time release pellets are you talking about the little like... white or clear balls in the soil?

How long has she gone w.o nutes?

I bought this crappy MG soil with time released pellets... I bought it for my wife's plants and regret it but i do not want it to go to waste... So i have been trying to pick them out...

They are little yellow balls... They look like those jeletan vitimins... Like with the yellow rubbery coating with liquid in them... Only smaller...

HNSM... She gets nut filled water every watering... I was alternating between nut solution and just water but i gave her nut solution twice one time last month and she (nor he) seemed to mind so i have been doing it since...

I check on them several times daily...
Again this happened within a day... Left for work and she and he looked fine... Came hame and you see the horror i came home to... =[

She is drastically damaged within a 10 hour period without showing signs prior... He shows very little signs with some of the larger leafs having that striping but it is JUST BARELY noticeable on him...

I know she wont die but she is totally wrecked compared to how well she was doing just a few days ago... Grief stricken... =[

IMO I'd only water nutes every other watering or every 2 waterings- my Kiki was very touchy to nutes...

Yess i will go back to every other watering when this is over... It is strange that it happened now though... I have been doing this for about a month now... Strange that she just didn't show signs like my male did...

I was always more fond of my males growing pattern... He was slower but seemed to be healthier... To bad he turned out to have balls... =O

Came home and she almost completely fell over... Tried to aerate the soil but we shall see... =[

Also cut off the really bad and burnt looking leaves so that she does not waste needed recuperation energy on those... ??

I will not give up until there is no more green left in her... =]

Can you transplant into a larger container using a 30% perlite 70% soil mixture?

Ack... Salty...

While i was throwing away some of the bad leaves i picked one of the better looking leaves and started to eat it... I love the taste of fresh leaves...

I spit it out right away... It was full of salt and tasted nothing like a bud leaf... Poor thing... I spoiled her... =[

Such a bad parent...

I flushed her and him... Had problems at home and it was not safe to keep them... =[
