my bag seed wuz purple

i planted a seed cant remember wat batch it came from but the main stalk is yellowish and purple stems green and purple and buds are dark purple with white hairs. could i have lucked up and grew sum purple?oh and it smells kinda like pine oil or fuel i dont really know but it stanks

Kind of just depends on how the people who grew it/packaged it cared for it.

i believe in most cases schawg or bammer or stress, is almost always good weed probly 9o correct me if im wrong and yes it does depend on how its grown, cured and package cause in most cases that schawg is imported in to were you are, alot of the times from mexico. but they compress it so much the THC breaks down but anyways ive found lots of nice viable seeds in strees and have seen people grow some sick ass sativas over 7 ft tall from "schawg" but nice job on the lucky find beats payin seed bank prices!!! wonder wat strain tho, well anyways good luck with it man.

Yes sir.. and im thinkin someone did care to well for that purp, in order to get it all seedy and sell it as schawg.. cause purp in cali is like gold and if anyones growin it as a commecial type thing ud thing they keep a closer eye on those males so they dont give purp a bad name.. never got Grand daddy stress lol but that would be nice cause i bet it would still be some pretty good bomb.. anyways good fine on them seeds purp seeds are outrageous at the seed banks so u got a freebie there.. but watch it closely watch for hermies and cure it properly so the final product doesnt turn out like schawg lol jk bro take care, peace out

Well actually you can turn any plant purple.
It depends on the temperature it is grown in at night.
And plant grown under 70 degrees will turn purple.
"purple" doesn't always mean that it's good.
It just means it was fighting the cold at night,
But anyways... That plant is still pretty dank.

Yeah very true. I gave a buddy a clone off of my one plant. His basment is about 60 at night. The whole plant turned purple. Even the bud itself is purple. It looks awsome too. The plant it came from that I still am currently growing is still green as could be. I am about to take a clone from it and put it into my garge at night where it is cold so it turns purple cause it looks so damn cool. LOL.

not just any plant will turn purple, and the cold sometimes is a factor but not always, it's just color but bag appeal sells..........................

I agree. Purp is overrated. Color doesn't mean shit (unless it looks like snow on the bud). I bout 2grams of purp for $30 and it was a waste of money. It was like smoking reggie. I should have just spent that $30 on an 1/8th of Hydro. That shit is actually pretty damn good.
