So here i am. Invadermark. chillen. i think to myself, lets start something fun! something new! something i tried and failed at before. (i believe my last to sentences create a paradox.... o_o )

my box measures out to be 31x11.5x45in. LxWxH model. plan is to run hydro. dwc i think shall suit me well. i had trouble finding a bucket but i have found one.
its measures 24qt. and 15x11.5x11.75. seems like this little bucket works for me.
i hope to do 2 plants running scrog. ive seen some amazing turnouts on here. im just a little handicaped with size.

so heres what i have... in reverse order... hmm.. the air pump is outside because i thought that perhaps it could bring in fresher air instead of sitting in the cab.

besidesd this id like to add about 4 cpu fans, a co2 line for future use, an electric sourse.

LIGHT!!!

here ive been looking at the flouralux all in one system. since thats the whole shabang, id mount in on the top instead of hanging it. this would leave muh ladies with a little more head space which is always awesome. but the real queastion is what wattage.... im thinking 150 bc on htg its only 70 bucks., cant go wrong. but would this type of space hold up to a 250.. this im not quite sure of. please lend me your opinion on this.

if everything goes well ill be ordering the rest of the supplies this weekend. but hmm.. 150 or 250 watt lightage..

Plenty of room for two plants using scrog for growing. 150W of light will work well for this, 250W would add more light but also more heat. How are you going to control odor?

Looks interesting, I'll follow this to see how it develops. As said above, you have plenty of space there for 2 plants with some basic LST.

Subbed.

I know I won't get pounds. and it's not the 45" I was worried. it's the 11.5" that bums me out. odor control isn't a huge
deal to me. however I have seen a nomads scrubber using PVC and silk screening to trap
the activated carbon in it. 150 w it is then!

I wouldnt worry about the limited depth of the cab, the plants will adapt to that. I'd be more concerned at this stage with venting the heat from that HPS out of the top as it's going to get hot in there, which is the reason why most micro growers use CFL's or CMH bulbs in restricted spaces. Not saying it can't be done, it can, but you are going to need to create very good airflow and ventilation ..... all part of the fun and challenge of growing in restricted space though :-) You might want to think about adding a thin glass heat shield between the lamp and the plant tops if you have any problems controlling temps, again a method used by lots of micro growers.Good luck, looking forward to seeing it all set up and running.

alright folks. i know its been way to long of me working on this project. however i finally feel like i have something worth working with. attached to this machine is a 150watt hps, 2 40watt cfls, an outake fan pulling 50cfm. soon ill be adding two 120mm cpu case fans for forced intake. its not completely light proof, nor is it that quiet. .lol but thats not that big of an issue. as of now i have the baby on downstairs and im taking temps every 30 mins as we speak. ill upload that data once im done
