My Flowers

My plant is now starting to flower, however the flowers do not stay attached. Tiny white floweres are found on top of leaves or on top of the soil, but i see not all flowers fall. Is this normal? Plus since the flowers statred growing the plant itself has loss its odor, now it smell like flowers, except along the stem, is this also normal, along with the heavy amount of pollen that falls and lands on the leaves?

You need to sex those plants and separte them right now!!!!

Female will have leafs that are perfectly opposite each other. <l> That is an example. See how the leafs are exactly opposite from each other? That means they are female.

Immediately remove any males.

If it is a hermi (has both male and female parts) treat as a male. They are good for seed and weak smoke.

Mogie is this a new way of sexing plants?
Preflowers show you the sex of the plant. It has nothing to do with the leaves or their positioning. Sorry
Hermies aren't much good for seed unless you want more hermies. The hermie trait will usually over to the offspring. Hermie plants aren't necessarilly weak smoke either.

ive heard the same shit about the symetrical leaves and blah blah blah. like you said, sex is determined by the pistils or pollen sacks. and Mogie if you want proof, i have one in my closet with symetric and alternating leaves. and it is 100% female by proof of cloning. idk, ill keep an open mind and observe on my next grow

Sorry, fellas, the opposite or alternate phylotaxy of the plant has nothing to do with sex, but can be used to judge the maturity of the plant. Once she switches from opposite to alternate, she is mature enough to induce flowering.

And sorry, Stayfligh, you have a male plant. The grape-like clusters of seed-shaped pods are the pollen sacks, and they open to release yellow powder. If you also see white hairs, then you have a hermie plant that is not worth keeping.

I only got 12 inches of grow space. I was thinking i could keep cutting my Kush plantz back until they grow bushy. Does maturity depend on how long the plant has been alive since seedling-or from size? If i use this cutting technique-will I be able to flower my plantz?

It depends on how long it has been alive. It takes about 2 months to develop a good root system.

I have never heard of mature pot being only 12 inches in height. Heard of it being only a few feet. But that method of bending also involves a rack with wire squares to give the plant some to hold onto while bending over. In a little while the buds pop up above the wire rack. It's cool looking but a pain to harvest. I didn't really see any increase in the amount of my finished product. :joint:

oops-actually i have 18 inches of grow space. i figure if i bush my plantz, tie down and prey to buddah-LOL-i will grow a small harvest-i mean think of it as sea of green...right? Plus if it is Time that makes a plant mature-then i can have a 1 foot plant that's 4 months old! It's Kush 2-so...
