My idea for venting my soon to be 250w HPS micro cab.

Hello all! before i start buying things i want to run this set up by you to see if you think it will run alright. First let me say im going really stealth with this as it's going to be my first grow and im kinda nervous! So my cab will be roughly 40" wide, 22" deep, and 40" high. There will be a side clone/mother chamber with a ballast chamber above it much like the NGB style cabs. The mother chamber will be on the bottom and will be 12" wide, 22" deep, and lets say 20" tall now leaving the ballast chamber roughly the same dimensions right above it. The flower chamber will be 28" wide, 22" deep, and 40" tall. So very similar to a NGB style cab. Air flow is what im worried about though. I plan to pull the air from a starting point in the clone/mom chamber in the bottom left. not sure on how big to make the intake. Maybe ill do a row a baffled intake with wood sheets, or pvc pipes bent for a light trap. Either way any suggestion on inches^2 for intake would be appreciated.

On to the meat now in my roughly 2'x2' cab i plan on running a 250w HPS for two plants. For fan i was looking at the S&P TD100xs 5" model. So this is the silent series with a 203 cfm flow on high and 147 cfm flow on low setting. For a 250W HPS in this small space i feel like a cool tube would be a good idea so i either have the option to go Bake A Round, or a 5" diameter by 13" long cool tube i found on ebay for like $50 with reflector. pretty sweet deal. Im leaving towards the 5" cool tube only because i feel 4" is too tight and would restrict airflow too much. Im worried about air flow because leading up to the cool tube i plan on having a 4"x12" Phresh filter. The one rated for 200cfm. I feel like that is more than adequate to handle smell in my space, and hopefully the fan on low will be fine since its a 5" fan pulling from a 4" filter.

The breakdown now. Start at the intake to the low left side of the mother chamber, then up through to the top of the mother chamber in to the flower chamber. From there it's hopefully drawn with force into the Phresh filter, then goes through a reducer up to the 5" cool tube or 4" bake a round with no reducer. After the light we turn around to hit the ballast chamber that houses external electronics where the fan will be located as well, and then up on out! So what do you all think? should i go 5" cool tube off ebay or bake a round? and is a 4" diameter x 12" long Phresh filter adequate with my set up? I dont want the cool tube to kill my suction through the filter , smell would be not so good. Also any idea on how big the intake should be? i plan on using 5" duct all around if using the 5" cool tube, but if i go bake a round id probably do 4" duct. Damn, that was a lot to write, hope i didnt confuse you all too much! if you need help picturing it, it's basically the same size and style as the NGB cab. Any input on what to use would be great.. thanks RIU!
