Yup, it worked out long enough to use some of the pollen for the backcross with the clone of the mother plant.
The reason I had to do this was because my daughter got into the room I was keeping him in and snatched him right out if the pot riping up the leaves and tore the top off but it still had a nice bit of roots, could have been all the stress causing the sacs to open as a defense mechanism to repopulate or sometimg lol.
Anyways I feel she did me a favor and I got lucky to get the polen still while not inbreeding him with the sister that was staying in the same pot.... I back crossed her with daddy assassin!
So one will have dominate mother traits and the other dominate male... I may use these of spring from each choosing the best to mate, who nose!
