My percy set-up, and police record

Hey everyone; Check out my set-up! I want to grow in my apartment when I move out, but I’m really nervous about the police, I know that’s a big shocker . I have a terrible police record and I’m very concerned that IF the police EVER busted me they'd confuse my personal grow for a commercial.
Alright; so onto the set-up. I've got a 4x4x6'6" grow tent (it’s a short fecker) Inside ill be hanging a 1000 watt HPS (maybe a 400 watt HPS if I get discouraged further) in a 6" EZ cool reflector. For air; the tent has large vent flaps on 3 of 4 sides at the bottom. Ill also be sucking air through a 6" carbon filter using a 6" inline fan (424cfm) up top. This air will be blown through the hood and then out the window (which is boarded up) I’m going to put 4 plants in, I figure I could yield a pound. The tenant landlord laws of my state require 24 notice before entrance of the apartment. Just to make sure, the bedroom door will always be locked. My landlord would have to illegally enter and then kick down my bedroom door ha-ha. I love my set-up
Now comes the second part of the operation, the police! I love them Fact is at the ripe age of 18 I have a very long police record. I have been arrested for minor drug charges many many times. (9 arrests) Once I was brought in on assault with a deadly weapon (charges never filed) and another time the police almost busted one of my grow fields. They knew it was there but they never got to it. Needless to say I don’t have many friends at my local police station.
Last time I went to court the D.E.A said "next time I see you in here I’m sending you to prison" lol like a stoner I think I stood there and gawked for a second lmao. Yea I know it sounds bad. The good news is I’m moving out of his jurisdiction.
My question is; will they try to stick me with a commercial? This is a personal grow, and I wont be making a single penny. Odds are very great that I won’t be discovered because I’m not one to have house guests or anything but I figure it’s a possibility. I’m risking 1-2.5 years in jail. I’ve avoided jail so far for the most part and I’d like to keep it that way
Also I’d like to mention that it is ridiculous that personal grow laws carry jail sentences. I think it is much better to grow your own then fuel the black market. Not to mention that the crap on the street is over priced laced garbage.

* No offense commercial growers, but I’m not crying for yea if you get jail time

Dude..You may just want to move away from it all and start over somewhere else and clean up your life for a while. Your story seems troubled and your walking straight down that path again. There are too many variables against you and you never know what can happen. If something does happen, your fecked!

No offense man, but if you've been caught this many times before 18, you're not careful enough to be running even a personal grow operation. Also, with your record and the professional equipment you've bought, do you really think they're going to believe your grow is personal?

i was the same when i was younger got caught w/ bud almost every day by local cops. (i think it was a little game to them) but they'd always dump iy out. the DAY i turned 18 the same old cop the same cops pull me over and say happy birthday mr. &^*&G and i got court. and a fine they were almost just waiting for me to turn 18. but i also stayed in the same town no i've moved to another town where im just some guy to the police. good luck on the set-up

i agree its time to move on to a new place. get settled in for a little bit. dont have people coming in and out all the time.
as soon as you get there, if your not going to grow right away, run the lights and fans or something that runs as much power as your equipment to get your electric bill up to the same as when you do start the grow. thats if your really parinoid, and it sounds like you should be.
try and keep the op small so it doesnt look commercial, but with a record they will try and prosecute to the fullest. good luck

yea ive run into the same stuff overfield. Cops will pull me over for literally no reason.
A little while back i was driving home at 9pm (pitch black) and a cop im wayyy to familiar with pulls me over. This guy has my license plate memorised haha. He says i was driving without headlights on...well it was pitch black out and i hadnt had a smoke all day lol so that was bulshit. Next thing i know he says my shirt smells like weed and makes me get out of the car lol. He then does a full search of me and starts to open my car door, without even asking. To this i reply "hey retard, what the fuck do you think your doing" lol so being the asshole he is he calls in the troopers and has them run the car with the hounds, to bad i had nothinnn

thanks for the reply smoke and coke. Ive been thinking about doing just that. After my current grow ill have enough smoke for a while, and i might just spend a couple months growing some tomatoes or something. Also, i will be moving out of town, but not out of the county. I go to school in the county i live in, so its hard to move out of county. I dont drive because my insurance is $160 a month so that makes it even harder. But at least i wont be going to the same court, and ill be talking to a different d.e.a

yea boneman thats what im doing more or less. Im moving out of town, and im no longer commercial

honestly man, ur growin 4 plants. dont tell anybody and use half your brain and you are not going to get caught. its pretty much simple as that. its hard to get caught for a victimless crime that takes place in the privacy of ones own home. i'd go for it and say fuck the law. it sounds like uve taken every precaution u can so i have no worries for u.
