My plant is getting worse, Needs to see a doctor!

Soil grow. One and a half months old.
18\6 veg cycle w/ 250W HPS

The lower leaves of the plant has continued to yellow
and are now showing dots and more strange colorings.
Help! I have already dealt with a considerable loss!
I cant loose anymore of em..

I had it in a smaller pot and recently made the transplant into its current larger pot. The new soil has fresh nutrients so i stopped feeding it its regular food and nutes to soak up the soils nutes so it wouldnt get too toxic. I have just been feeding it water for now whenever it is thursty trying to get it back to normal.

There were two plants that were transplanted at the same time. One is doing fine. I am starting to see small strings when i spray water on my plant connecting from soil to stem. Are these spider webs? I have not seen any spiders of any sort and i have looked around closely. I have sprayed the plant generously with water.
I am not sure what the actual problem is!!
Quick i need help! There are pictures of it and its getting worse!

This must be to complicated for some of the growers on this forum.

Yes. Thats what I have. An HPS is just as good as anything and can complete from start to finish. This is beside the point though..

My plants are ur size in 2 weeks on 24 0 using cfl and leds. What is the ph of the soil what water r u using whats the ph of the water. If u having problems what i done was take off the top layer soil til u see the roots becarefull not to damage them and then put some fresh new soil on top. Then water well

seeing threds and brown spots you have spider mites. spider mites love to eat new growth look under leaves. if so get some avid and spray top and under leaves.Peace
