My plant looks sad and I can't figure out why

Hi everyone, I need a little bit of help figuring out what's going on here.

Age: Currently 20 days from seed
Lights: (6) 42watt cfls
Distance from plant: <5 inches
Temp: Around 73-75 day, 63-65 night
Humidity: 30%
Water: Poland springs ph about 6.8 (needed a jug eventually for nutes so that's why I'm using that)
Soil: Fox Farms Ocean Forest
Nutes: None yet

I had this plant growing in a solo cup for about 15 days before I decided it was time to transplant into an 8 inch pot . It looked pretty good besides being a little droopy. Now after I got it in the soil on Sunday the 15th, I watered it until I got a little bit of run off. I am pretty sure that this was too much for the plant because it started showing symptoms of overwatering. I have let this thing dry out for 5 days, it is still drooping all over the place, and I just don't know why! It looks the same today as the day after I transplanted it. I stuck my finger in the soil today, friday the 20th, and it's pretty damn dry. I also have a moisture meter which is reading dry. However this thing still looks overwatered. I have attached pictures from before the transplant, the day after the transplant, and from today. Even being dry, I don't think it's showing signs of being underwatered because the stems are all pointing up as you can see in the photos I attached of the stalk. Any thoughts on what could be the issue or what to do to make it perk up? Let it dry out even more? I know my lights are not too far away but i don't think putting them closer would fix this. I just want it to be perky and happy looking!

I should add that i already noticed root tips sticking out of the drain holes of the new pot after being in it for only 5 days and it definitely seems to be growing but just really droopy.

Just checked on it, now the stems are drooping indicating it's thirsty.. Hmm il give it just a little water and see what happens. Odd

Ya dont soak the whole medium, just give them a bit at a time.

Leaves are not drinking to good try raise the humidity to about 40%and over .30% is to low

Put a bowl of water in there and have been misting leaves but can't really get the humidity up. Anything else I could try? It's a small tent, GL40

Why? That only causes dry pockets that become hydrophobic.

Water it real good. Water it a couple times about ten minutes apart.

theyre magnesium def

water every watering with Epsom salt 1/4 tsp/gallon

for a quick fix spray with 1/4 tsp Epsom salt 2x over 3 days

consider also using calmag supplement in about 2 weeks time at 5mls/gallon along with the epsom salt

You sure its not too cold in there? Whats the temp of the water being fed.

Terrible advice. So the cure for overwatering is to water more and soak the medium more? Don't think I've ever heard that one before hahaha

Haha wow tryna mess you up every 10min hahahahaha yh put bowl of water in and yes maybe water temperature is shocking them in this weather

Its not terrible advice. When watering you want to water until runoff especially when using synthetics to prevent salt build up.

It does have that droopy leaf look of over watering. I'm not sure that that's it though.

In a couple of those pics that soil looks really dry.

Then the op said the stems were drooping. Leafs droop from over water. Stems droop from under water.

Sorry if that was a bit confusing, what was going on was after I transplanted/watered her the 15th, she looked the same amount of droopy every day for the next 5 days that I let her dry out. During that time she was showing symptoms of overwatering (leaves drooping) but by that last day the pot was real dry, and she began showing signs of underwatering (stalks drooped on that 5th day).

Anyway, yesterday I gave the first dose of fox farm's big bloom and grow big at 1/4 strength. This seemed to really perk her up! Check out these pics for what she looks like today. Judging by how the leaves are still not 100% perky, do you think if I went 1/2 strength it would have been better? The water I'm using is room temp around 70 degrees.

I was looking up magnesium deficiency and I'm not seeing any yellowing on veins/edges of the leaves except a little weirdness on the original true leaves (pics attached). Should I go ahead and do the Epsom salt or do you think hold off?

I don't see any reason for espom salt she looks healthy

the puckering and swelling

all magnesium def

its currently mild and could fix itself provided your nutes have enough

most don't which is why almost everyone adds Epsom salt

Should I ph my water after adding the Epsom salt?

Here's an update. Yesterday I mixed a fresh gallon of 1/2 strength nutes, 1/4 teaspoon Epsom salt, and 5ml calmag. I ph'd it to about 6.8 and watered the plant. I know I'm not overwatering anything because I'm letting it dry out a bit between waterings. It looks way better than yesterday but still kinda overall looks like shit. I topped it on Wednesday and it seems to be recovering from that decently. Should I give it a couple more days to see what happens, or do you think it needs increased amounts of everything? I'm also thinking about potting up to my final 5 gallon smartpot because there's a good amount of roots coming through the drain holes. Thanks!

Update: moved it into the 5 gallon that day and it seems to have recovered well from the topping. However, some of the damn leaves still have the tips pointing down and idk why. I don't think it's a nitrogen toxicity bevause the leaves Arnt dark green. Last watering was just water/calmag/Epsom salt. The watering before that one was with half strength nutes. I think next feeding I'm gonna go full strength with nutes. Should I also up the calmag and Epsom salt? Currently do 1/4 teaspoon a gallon Epsom and 1 teaspoon a gallon calmag. Thoughts?
