Best advice, pick up a few grow books and get down the basics on proper grow medium.

I'm using a lot of nutella lately. Not in my grow, but hiking. Mixed 50/50 with peanut butter it goes good on tortillas. Occasionally when I smoke before cooking supper on the trail, I don't get around to cooking supper. I've had this problem at lunch too.
