My plants have an Iron, Zinc and Manganese deficiency! Know of a good foliar spray?

I don't have any pictures to show you guys but I'm positive that's what it is. I've been growing for quite a while now but I just switched to the House and Garden Cocos set (all the nutrients they recommend). These nutrients are the only ones I've used on my plants besides some Dutch Master Liquid Light, which I stopped using a couple weeks ago. I'm sure the deficiency is from using too much nutes, Phosphorus in particular, even though I always used RO water, my pH was always perfect and I used less than they recommended. I started having problems right after I bumped the nutes up to about 1.5 EC during the fourth week of flowering, so this is kind of strange. I'm growing in a 66% coco coir (Botanicare brand) and 33% perlite mixture. I'm growing Blueberry from Dutch Passion Seeds, NYC Diesel from Soma Seeds, Trainwreck and Big Bang, both of which are from Greenhouse Seeds. The Trainwreck, Blueberry and NYCD showed signs first, all at around the same time, while the Big Bang was the last to show signs. I'm curious if any of you guys know of a good foliar spray that I can use as a quick fix?

Needless to say, I'm not very happy with the House and Garden nutes. However, one guy on this site did say that he thought they were great nutes. I should have listened to the owner of my local hydro shop, who told me that he had only heard bad things about them.

I already emailed one of the House and Garden reps who told me that even though I was using RO water, I didn't need to use something like Botanicare's Calmag plus.

Grow It Green or Foliar Harmony by Blue Mountain Organics. I use Grow It Green at half strength. I think the Foliar Harmony is just watered down Grow It Green anyway. Shit is amazing. You can use either on the roots too, but I only use it as a foliar spray. 1/2 TBSP per gallon of epsom every few foliar feeds doesn't hurt either. Just be careful, too much epsom will bleach out the leaves.
