What i need to know now.. should i turn my fluos off since veg is over? myabe adding new cfls too? thanks for your help.

If you are using cfl's you need as many as possible.
2-3 42w per plant should suffice.
You also need some sort of reflector to direct the light.
You want them to be as close as possible with out burning the plants. 3-4"
Looks like the lights are to far away.
Sorry they look a lil stretched.

Good intake and exhaust are imparitive.

my plants were always 2 inches away from the fluos and when i bought my cfls they were just like you said 3-4 inches away. how did i stretch them?? and right now i got 5 fluos, and 2 cfls. what id like to know is are my fluos going to slow down the yeild/flowering stage?? and about the reflectors, can i make cheap ones for now? like aluminum foil turned around.

I'd say, yes, if you don't have the correct spectrum in your cfls... You should be good for now, but when you start flowering, get some cfl with red spectrum. I'm getting some soon.

& the reflectors... I'd say make a cardboard reflector, then get highly reflective wrapping paper. But don't use foil... that shit gets annoying...
