Hey guys I'm going to post a pic of my tub that I cook my soil in! Something I tried doing was sprinkling bokashi across the top half half way through the cook after I mixed it up! As you can see there is a ton of growth!
My questions are basically is this good? I want to Learn more about how this works if anyone has any links or maybe some great input I'm ready to learn, I'm fascinated about how this all works! Also is it OK for me to be doing this or should I mix it all up???

looks fine. i mean it's a good idea to mix up the soil anyway to prevent anaerobic pockets from forming in the bottom of the bin. but you can let stuff work on the surface for several days, and then mix everything up. that bokashi will be consumed by the soil organisms. nice work :)

just looking into fungi and how they break down materials. these types of fungi are saprophytic, meaning they decay organic and mineral matter, and don't rely on the presences of a plant to exist (symbiotic relationship). Likely the types of fungi breaking down your bokashi are zygomycota division.

I'd fold that in like I'm flipping pancakes and do another thick layer!

Note, I do suggest avoiding mad fungals for seedlings and unrooted clones though, unless you want them potentially eaten alive!
