Mycelium growth

This is my fruiting chamber. Had to fight a tiny bit of bad mold but believe I got rid of it. This is a new venture for me. Have some brownish red spots not sure if it's good or bad. By the way these are shiitake mushrooms and I used wood pellets and straw for my medium

Can You stay updated on those brown / red spots ?

You gotta let the mycellium bark over for a month in the fridge before fruiting. I've seen grows where they barked over more rapidly in brf jars with wood THEN placed in the fridge for only a day or so , then brought into a coldish temperatured sgfc.
